Non existing urls are redirected to home page and not giving 404 was created by darkhoros

Hi,
I have been using redj for a while now, I just discovered that a non existing url dose not give the error 404 page but rather open a page that looks like the homepage but it is not the home page, it has all modules of the home page but without the main content of the home page, very strange case, and causing me to have huge duplicate pages count, thus harming my SERP positioning.

I hope some one can help me here figure this out. I need all non existing pages opens the error 404 not found page.

Hi,
sorry but it's not clear if you think this problem is related to ReDJ or not. Can you disable ReDJ plugin for a second and test it?

Hi,
Yes I have already done that before even I post at the ffirst place, but forgot to mention that I did,
That what made me think to post and ask here in the first place.
So I am not sure what to do to resolve this?
