1) How to set the canonical rel to every page in the site?

Not clear. You can create a rule that matches ANY page, but is not clear how the canonical field should b automatically generated. If I misunderstood the question, please, add some details or maybe an example.

2) How to include the "noodp" tag (if it's possible)?

In each rule, under the tab "Robots options".

3) How to use macros?I mean where to put the macros inthe rules?

Macros are supported in the URL field and in the placeholders.
