Hi,
First of all, thanks for building this extension. It seems to offer most of the functionality needed to effectively optimize your site.

I've installed the extension and I've created a rule for the home page URL (using the absolute URL) and entered a custom page title. I've saved and published the rule however the custom page title is not reflected on the live site.

This is my first time optimizing a Joomla site so I apologize for being a n00b. Am I missing a very obvious step?

You should uncheck the "Request only" checkbox, or change the rule as "relative".
