Multi-language problem was created by ComPart

Hello,
I have a problem with a multi-language site in Joomla 3.1
from url: "/us/high_definition_movies/video_HD_apple_tv.htm"
to URL: "http://{siteurl}/en/free-mp3-video/hd-movies"

Joomla add the language code in the old url, so: "/us/high_definition_movies/video_HD_apple_tv.htm"
become w2.italyguides.it/en/us/high_definition_movies/video_HD_apple_tv.htm

And I got a 404 error page... what's wrong?
