nothing works for me in joomla 1.5 was created by teranet

hi
i tried to use redirect from:
www.ofekhair.co.il/דפי-תוכן/2011-08-09-10-45-00‏

to:

www.ofekhair.co.il/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=122&Itemid=100

nothing seems to work.

i also added to/htaccess file : ErrorDocument 404 /

also the tag meta module does not work
