i want to redirect alsoragasa.d-webs,com/about.asp
to alsoragasa.d-webs.com/about-us

i get a blank page.
why ?????

The response comes from Apache, not from Joomla.

You need to add this line at the end of .htaccess file:

ErrorDocument 404 /
