category id and menu id redirect to article was created by Omer

I am trying to redirect this URL with category and menu item id to normal site link but its not working.

From URL: www.faradaykeynes.co.uk/?option=com_content&view=categories&id=23&Itemid=189

above url should go to
to URL: www.faradaykeynes.co.uk/news-blogs/blog

What should I do?

Hi,
create a rule as follow (literally):

From URL: option=com_content&view=categories&id=23&Itemid=189
To URL: {scheme}://{siteurl}/news-blogs/blog
Request only: true (checked)
