Hi Guys,

I am using REDJ 1.9.0 with Joomla 3.8.6 and have set up a number of redirects within the component but these are not working.

I have checked the plugin and this is enabled and the redirect option is set to yes all to no avail. The site is with hostgator thus I am starting to wonder if it is an issue with them?

I am currently moving a copy of the site to my own server to check whether it is an issue with hostgator. In the meantime are you aware of anything else I should check to try and troubleshoot this issue?

The site is www.edunators.com I have also included an example of one of the redirects below:

From URL: becoming-the-edunator/step-2-culture-for-learning/what-s-in-a-letter-grade
To URL: becoming-the-edunator/step-5-assessment-for-learning/what-s-in-a-letter-grade
Redirect: 301
Requst URI only: checked

sorry for delay. I just checked the rule in your example and it worked. I guess you were able to fix the issue... :)
