Sorry but I didn't see the first screenshot and the rule seems wrong. Try to create a rule as follow (literally):
From URL: ^/paintings-latest-entries/june-2017-paintings$
To URL: {scheme}://{siteurl}/paintings-latest-entries/painting-entries-2016-2017/june-2017-paintings
Request only: true (checked)
