Deleted redirect item still exists

Deleted redirect item still exists was created by Botilada
I've deleted a redirect item because it did not work and I want to create a new redirect for the url. Now ReDJ says "Save failed with the following error: The source URL must be unique". The url is not in the list of redirects but somehow Joomla/ReDJ thinks it's still there. Any clues to how I can fix this?

Hi,
TBH this is the first time I hear such kind of issue. BTW, if this is the case, you need to delete the row in the redirection table manually (e.g. using phpMyAdmin), because there is no way to do this with the ReDJ managment interface (i.e. no "drop all redirection rules" function or similar).
