Could you help me because I don't get my redirection working. I'm using plain text without macros :

from :

campa.fr/extras/boitier-SEC/Notice-boitier-SEC.pdf

to :

sav.campa.fr/notice193/

Ciao,
I noticed that calling the source URL it exists (i.e. I get the pdf) and this is the reason you are not able to redirect it (link is served directly by the web server, no Joomla intervention).

So you should first move / rename the file on the server. And be sure to have this line at the end of your .htaccess file:
ErrorDocument 404 /
