Yes sure the plugin is enabled, if its not the redirect will not work if did som redirects and working great.
For example this working:
/gjel/debi
/gjel2/debi
Case sensitive is set to true
Request Only is set to true
Decode URL is set to true
301 (Moved Permanently)
