The first line is in full: ^/index.php/component/tags/tag/5-energy?Itemid=

The first line should be:

^/index\.php/component/tags/tag/5-energy\?Itemid=

Also the second line is wrong. It should be a full URL (including domain). It could include macros but is NOT a regular expression.
