I use

and

Try this:
From URL: xn----7sbbbc1dd.xn--p1ai
To URL: {scheme}://ПЩПЩ.РФ/%D0%91%D0%9B%D0%90%D0%91%D0%9B%D0%90/{queryfull}
Request only: false (unchecked)

You cannot use macros in the from url.
