K2 module

K2 module was created by hsioterm
Hello,
I have an issues with the call to get the categories with k2 module. I use the latest Version 3.8.0.
I use https://**************/get/k2/categories?rootid=1&api_key=******************************** and it gives me the following response.
{
    "status": "ko",
    "error_code": "K2_NCF",
    "error_description": "No categories found"
}

The thing is that there are categories under category with id 1. The strange thing is the following works.
https://**************/get/k2/categories?rootid=572&api_key=********************************

Have you tried to drop the rootid parameter? Are you able to get the whole tree?
