500 Internal Server Error was created by fgianpiero
Hi, i want to buy the compltete version of Your Jbackend component but now i try the free version for testing anc
i give the category data if i write in the URL the Root ID
www.snalspz.it/newsite/index.php/endpoint?action=get&module=content&resource=categories&rootid=14

but i have error 500 if i try to read all categories
www.snalspz.it/newsite/index.php/endpoint?action=get&module=content&resource=categories

the server log says:
Mon, 16 Oct 2017 09:56:55 GMT [error] [client 2.237.25.118] - www.snalspz.it - End of script output before headers: php-cgi

what i can do?

Hi Gianpiero,
unfortunately the error log doesn't show the real cause of the issue. You should enable the error reporting or try to replicate the issue on a dev/test env, where the errors are showed with full details.
