Hi,
first you should setup an initial endpoint. You can follow these instructions:

Installation:
www.selfget.com/documentation/jbackend-joomla30/installation-procedure.html

Configuration:
www.selfget.com/documentation/jbackend-joomla30/initial-configuration.html

To start playing with your Joomla site you can download this PostMAN collection:
www.selfget.com/downloads/file/41-jbackapp-postman-collection.html
