Hi there,
I just purchased a jBackend subscription. Everything went smooth, subscription is activated but i can't access the jbackend downloads.
All that i get is this message : "Please login to download the file" .... although i am logged in and active subscriber.

Sorry for issue but just logout and login again. Sometimes the user profile is not updated until logout. Let me know.

Hello,
I did buy the Tag Meta Enterprise Subscription and logout, and even wait for 20 hours and yet I have no access to downloads and still telling me to login with sessions started.
Please help.

Hi Jose and thanks for subscribing.
I have checked your account and all is ok. You have a valid lifetime subscription to Tag Meta.

Just login and go here:

www.selfget.com/downloads/file/21-tagmeta-enterprise-j30.html

Let me know. I can send you by email but it's better to check and fix issues now for future downloads.
