500 internal server error was created by boogy
Hi,

iam try today installing jbackend and plugins new for 2 joomla sites.
My problem is i have in postman server error 500.

In my other site is it all normal why is it soo ?
Did this dont work anymore with newest joomla versions ?

first i install newest j backend.
i go to plugin and activate.
i do all acess to free.
i am doing hidden menu with link jbackend --> request

i open post man insert the link = server 500

u can look at HERE

Hi,
you made the right steps. So, just be sure you have downloaded the right version for your Joomla (there is a J2 version and a J3 version) and install it again (no need to uninstall first, just install it again).

If the problem persists, send me an email at info(at)selfget.com, with the full link of your endpoint, so I can make requests by myself with postman.

With other joomla site i have no problems.

But if i test 3,4.5 new site with new joomla installed i have it. I dont know why did i forget anyhink ?

newest jbackend installed.


iam so sry admin i know u have not much time, but iam really happy if u help me and tell me pls why it is so ?

I have checked and I confirm the error 500 on the /rest request. Could you, please, check the error log? It should explain us which is the real problem.
