{community version} component interface blank was created by fionaa
- installed TagMeta1.7.6Community_J3

- enabled plugin.

- tagmeta now shows in admin menu under components, and submenu lists "rules," "synonyms," and "about."

But on click-through, tagmeta component loads only blank pages for each option. (totally blank - browser looks wiped, doesn't even show frame of joomla admin interface.

Did I miss an install step?

System info:
PHP Version 5.3.3
Web Server Apache/2.2.15

Maybe you have installed the wrong version (there are two different packages for J2 and J3). Be sure to download the proper version, and reinstall it again.
