when you have duplicates notifications from Google, what you can do to fix the issue depends from the type of pages notified. When pages are just "aliases" a good solution could be to use the rel canonical meta.

If pages are different (like it seems in your case) you should enhance them adding distinctive meta info on each page. If you have already done it but cannot see in the generated pages, maybe there are problems with your rules. But I cannot help you without more info about your rules...
