i had my developer upgrade from joomla 1.5 to 3.0 and he added tag meta. does tag meta support joomla 3.0? what instruction or learning tools to you have for this

But tables in 3.0 are different from 1.5 and there's no tool for migrating rules. You need to create rules manually. If you have a lot of rules let me know...
