TagMeta "çğöşüıİ" does not work with these letters

1)If the article title contains "çğöşüıİ" these letters TagMeta does not see it. How to get around that?
2) Seems like going to back end and adding keywords, description, adding URI, all that extra work for me. Pro version, does it eliminate that extra work..?
3) You are accepting donation via Paypal for free version... Why can't we make payment with paypal if I decide to buy pro version ?
