Redirect not working was created by DOgre
We recently migrated to a redesign using Joomla. I am trying to setup redirects in Joomla to point from our old pages to our new pages. I have tried using the core Joomla component redirects and your extension ReDJ but it is not redirecting the pages. I am able to setup a default redirect to the home page for all errors. As an example I am trying to redirect:
from: www.aftaweb.org/forest_ginseng_production.php
to: aftaweb.org/latest-newsletter/temporate-agroforester/57-1997-vol-5/january-no-1/23-forest-ginseng-production.html.

I have activated the appropriate plugins and even tested the redirect of the address http://aftaweb/org/test.html which did not work either.

Hi,
I just tried your redirection and it works for me. The URL:

www.aftaweb.org/forest_ginseng_production.php

Is redirected to:

www.aftaweb.org/latest-newsletter/temporate-agroforester/57-1997-vol-5/january-no-1/23-forest-ginseng-production.html

Maybe is just a cache problem. Anyway, rule should be:
From URL: ^/forest_ginseng_production\.php$
To URL: http://aftaweb.org/latest-newsletter/temporate-agroforester/57-1997-vol-5/january-no-1/23-forest-ginseng-production.html
Request only: true (checked)

In your case you are redirecting from www to non-www domain. Otherwise, you could use the macro {siteurl} in the destination.
