Migrate rules from J1.5 to J3? was created by jmccunepRE
Can the rules be exported from a J1.5 installation to a J3 site upgrade? Or do I have to start over from scratch? Some, though not all, of the J1.5 rules will be applicable to my J3 upgraded site.

Hi,
rules are absolutely compatible related to syntax, but the structure of db tables is changed so you should move rules manually from one table to another (there's no import/export).

If you have a lot of rules I can support you.
