Thank you for such a quick reply. I updated the information you sent and I now get the browser error page and not our standard site error page. Not sure what to do know. Is the HTACCESS file a possible cause?

Sorry but if the screenshot is right you still have problems on the rule. You have to escape ALL special chars. This means a literal ? must be replaced by \?. Please, follow my instructions literally:
From URL: ^/index\.php\?option=com_content&view=article&id=76:faqs&catid=7&Itemid=40$
To URL: http://www.myonemoney.com/
Request only: true (checked)

This didn't work. Not sure what to try next. Would the htaccess file be a reason why?
