I am building a new website for my business using Joomla.

My old website was put together with dreamweaver many years back.

I need to redirect many pages from the old site to the new.

Will this product work for me?

Thank you for the reply. I have read those pages but i'm still missing something.
Here is an example of what I would like to do:

Redirect: turretboards.com/capacitor_conversion_chart.htm
To: tubeamplifierparts.com/handy-amp-info/capacitor-code-chart.html

The first site is NOT a joomla site.

Please tell me how to make this happen.

Hi,
if the first site is NOT a Joomla site (so no ReDJ here to catch the requests) this can be accomplished only with a web server redirect / rewrite rule. ReDJ is powerful but is not magical... :)

No need for a mod_rewrite rule. You could add a simple redirect in the .htaccess file like:
Redirect 301 /capacitor_conversion_chart.htm http://tubeamplifierparts.com/handy-amp-info/capacitor-code-chart.html

Kind regards,
Luigi
