No redirection if "index.php" in url

No redirection if "index.php" in url was created by ckraeft

If the "from url" has "index.php" in it, redirection is straight to 404. How do I fix this?

Results in URL: www.batcon.org/404

ReDJ Rule:
From URL: /get-involved/install-a-bat-house
To URL: /resources/getting-involved/install-a-bat-house
attempted with just about every combination of checkboxes, currently all checked.
