Ok,
now is clear. You have a full URL but "Request only" is true so the rule will never be used. Try to uncheck request only. Moreover, the internale redirect is not available in the Community version (is an Enterprise feature). Let me know...

Thanks. I did deselect request only. Also changed to External. However, I tested with Internal as well. The test link still does not redirect. COuld there be a conflict with another component or so? It is my assumption that the settings are very straight-forward and should work strait-away.

If plugin is enabled and it's order is "first" it should work. Anyway, if you send me a private message at info(at)selfget.com we can check together (a Team Viewer session could solve faster).
