Hi there,
I've purchased Re DJ component for Joomla 2.5.22, but it seems to be not working.

First of all I am getting error message saying "Plugin plg_system_redj disabled". Also, when I try to add some redirection like "www.mysite.com/TEST" to "www.mysite.com/artices/bla-bla/TEST" it's not redirecting. I am getting 404 error page while accessing www.mysite.com/TEST.

Please advise.

Hi and thanks for your subscription.

About the first question, the message "Plugin plg_system_redj disabled" is just an information message related to plugin status. Is the plugin that makes redirections and is initially disabled, so just go to plugins, select system plugins and enable ReDJ plugin.

Now you can check the redirection rule created (with plugin enabled). If you still get a blank error 404 page, you need to add ErrorDocument in the .htaccess file, as described here:
