Redirects not working on initial install

I installed the plugin, enabled it, created the redirects and published them. None of them are working. Must have something not set up properly. I do not have access to the .htaccess file. Any troubleshooting advice is appreciated.

Yes,
the rule should be the following (literally):
From URL: ^/industrial-lubrication-system-design-and-installation/mining-castings$
To URL: {scheme}://{siteurl}/automatic-lubrication-system/oil-purification-systems-and-drilling-rig-maintenance
Request only: true (checked)
Leave other rule options to their default values. Let me know...

Worked great. Thanks for the help. However, from a feedback standpoint, I would have never known to put those code parameters in there if you hadn't told me. Did I miss something in the initial instructions?
