By the way, now I understand you need the rule for multiple URLs. To do this you must add a "folder" to the source URL so that I can match any and only properties. You can choose "properties" as example:

From URL: ^/index\.php/it/properties/
To URL: {scheme}://{siteurl}/index.php/it/component/osproperty/{preg_match 1}/\/properties\/(.*)\.html/i{/preg_match}.html
Request only: true (checked)
Redirect type: 200 (internal)
