How difficult is it to change the category and menu Items with the plugin. In other words can the County be changed to States and the States be changed to county's by someone not very familiar with programming.

Hi John,
this seems a strange question to me, because you can specify the HTML id for both the input/select field to use as state list, and input/select field to use as country list.

Have you seen the configuration example here?

Sorry,
but the javascript used works with country first. On the other side, I don't know how it could works with state selection first, because it should list all the state of the world... but maybe I have not clear your requirements.

I need it to , from left to right to have the first dropdown to have a list of the USA States, and the second dropdown to have a list of the state selected county's without or with that County's cities in a third dropdown. How hard would it be for me to change the data in the plugin to reflect this configuration?

Not so hard, but you should change the JS, not the plugin. My plugin just changes HTML to replace form fields and add th JS file. But is the JS that do the job...
