Hi Jeff,
if the cb_profiletype is a "profiletype_select" type field, please, try to apply the same work-around:
cb_profiletype;beverage makers;BrewersWineMakers;true
cb_profiletype;supporting industries;EquipSuppliers;true
cb_profiletype;interested reader;Reader;true

Please, advise.
