I would like to check your settings. If this is a test/dev site could you provide me a temporary backend access? Or we can schedule a remote support session using Team Viewer. Let me know what you prefer...

Ok I will give you a log in account with admin access.

Ooops,
I'm glad to hear this, but I would like to know which was the issue? It could be useful to know to support other users or to improve documentation.
